Brad has been spearheading our Carson City office for nearly five years now but has been a Mortgage Loan Originator since 1983. His 40 years in the mortgage industry have equipped him with an abundance of knowledge and skills that allow him to navigate clients through the home-buying process pain-free. He will listen to your goals and ensure you receive the right terms for your budget so you can enjoy a smooth closing on a loan specifically tailored to your needs.
Brad specializes in FHA, VA, USDA, down payment assistance, and jumbo loans. Brad does both purchases and refinances loans.
He's also familiar with an array of lending products such as reverse mortgages, renovation loans, USDA, and more!
When he’s not helping people finance homes, Brad is an avid carpenter, car enthusiast, and lover of cooking and good music. But above all else, he is a devoted father of two. To Brad, every day is a gift and he always makes it a point to remember that.
