Vegard Lindas brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of mortgage origination and closing services, and has a deep breadth of knowledge around information technology and cybersecurity. During his tenure at Bank of America, Vegard was responsible for the Collateral, Closing Services and Production analytics groups. His central focus and responsibility included proprietary Automated Valuation Models (AVM) and Collateral Risk models. He received his Master’s Degree in Engineering Cybernetics with an emphasis in Control Theory, from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway.
 
Vegard has been with Dignified Home Loans since its inception in 2011 and is one of the key leaders responsible for the set-up and ongoing growth of the organization, playing a crucial role in the selection and implementation of systems, processes, polices, recruitment, etc. In addition, he led the merger/acquisition team responsible for bringing Dignified Home Loans, The Mortgage House, and Broadview Home Loans together onto the Dignified lending platform in 2018. In his current role he oversees the combined company’s Servicing, Secondary Marketing, Technology, Compliance, Risk and Quality Control areas.
