TYLER SMITH
Tyler Smith has been with the Dignified family of companies since early 2012 and was brought into the Home Loans division early on. As a licensed loan originator with a prowess for marketing and customer service, he diligently serves both clients looking for guidance through the home loan process and the company’s salesforce as they build the brand through marketing. In addition to managing and implementing all marketing initiatives of Dignified Home Loans; his team of multi-faceted professionals is the onboarding, training, marketing, and transitional assistance to all loan originators.
Tyler has built the foundation of his career in the mortgage industry holding a variety of positions in loss mitigation. He spent time in operations management leading a team of short sale specialists during periods of rapid change in the wake of new CFPB regulations. Prior to operations management he was tasked with building a business development department which successfully expanded his firm’s footprint as a part of the solution to the mortgage crisis. Before that he excelled as a top distressed asset negotiator. That experience has made him an expert in identifying the best options for borrowers after they have gone through a short sale, foreclosure, or bankruptcy.
Tyler received his B.S. in Business and B.A. in Economics from California State University Channel Islands.
